Nov4 Need help please

Just cropped this image and smaller and converted to jpg from RAW. I'm not very familiar with misty and snow conditions, very seldom here in sunny South Africa. Just saw the motorbikes and riders in the mist with little snow visible on wall behind. I want to keep the misty, cold and emotional part of the image, but everything goes the wrong way when I try to edit. You people are very accustomed with these conditions. Please give advice.
