I've lost the ribbon!

Last night I clicked on the button that removes the ribbon part of the interface. Now I can't find a way to get it back! Even going back to factory default settings doesn't restore it.

I'm sure the magic button is on there somewhere, but it's not easy to find. Can someone point me to it? (And can then Mike make the ribbon/no ribbon toggle easier to find!)

Right click on the preview image and it will be the first menu item.  This command needs a better home.
