I have purchased Curvemeister, now what do I need to do?
After you complete your purchase you will receive an e-mail with the software license key and a link to download the latest version of the plugin. Down load the software and run the installer. Add the software key during the install and you are ready to start using the power and creative tools found in Curvemeister.
I have lost my software key, Can I get another?
If you ever lose your key send us an e-mail via the contact form on this website with your name and address and we will look up your key and send it to you again.
Is there an Apple Compatible version of this plugin?
Not currently. Curvemeister only supports Windows versions of Photoshop and Elements. Never say never but right now Apple is not supported
What guarantee do I have that the software will work for me?
Curvemeister supports our users. If the plugin does not work on your system we will remote connect to your PC to help you trouble shoot the installation process. If after all support options are used we will fully refund your money.
How do I use my serial number to upgrade from Curvemeister 1 or 2?
Use your Curvemeister 1 or 2 serial number, minus the dashes, as your coupon code. You will receive your upgrade discount when you check out. If your serial number is not recognized, please contact us.
