I had a bad time with this one.

I had to do 3 passes for the neutral>lady's face>man's face.  You can see some sloppy masking.  I'm sure I am making it harder than I need too!

I have 3 screen shots if you are interested to see them.

Manda,

I did not much on my trie.
Even not highlight , neutral and blackpoint.
Only skinpin, and moving around the huecock to see all skintones are right.
After that, I found the picture to dark anf I lightened it.

But you can show your other pictures.

Not bad at all.  Masking is icing on the cake - you may be able to get by without it if you pick a skin tone that is in the middle of the range of skin tones in the image.
