Histogram display

Ok - I'm pretty sure I understand.  Re seeing the control point, he simplest fix would probably be to make the histogram darker again, and/or make the control point stand out more (more contrast between its dark and light shades).  I'll also think about how to make lighter worms visible.  Maybe something like an outline or a drop shadow effect.
