Outside Hue Clock

Hi,
I can not seem to find a way or any information on how to open the outside hue clock on CM3. ??? Help please. ;D

Thanks Mike, I went through every thing associated with CM3 except the programs area. I have CM as a shortcut and very seldom go to programs.

Perhaps I should add a button to the plugin to start the outside hue clock.
