Nicely done,
He might be a bit too bright but that is a subjective call. Some of the skin highlights are as bright as I would ever push them but It also depends on your monitor and work flow. You held the neutrals quite well across the overall image with a few small problem areas near his feet. but they would not make the image a bad correction...
