With the hueclock I measure reasonable skintones.
It could be set a little lighter.
But you can do that in your circumstances better with the printer- manage prgr.
I have done again Noise Ninya to reduce skintone particles.
I have done that also with my grandchilds face.
I do that often. You must not overcharge this, then you get plastificationed faces.

In the art of speaking, we use always the words Holland, not the Netherlands.
But it is of course official the Netherlands.

Newbie...

One way to change the file output in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements is to use the "Save for Web" item off the File menu.  You can choose the format, size, and quality of the image before you actually save.  you should be able to keep the resolution in the 1000X1000 range.  But you will have to reduce the quality to about 50% to get the 200K size limit. 

Play around with the settings...you can send a sizable image with the right balance...

I saw something about the monthly class but didn't know when they started or how to sign up.  Can you point me in the right direction?

Frits- Thanks for the work you did on the picture but I think it's still too.  I would like (if possible) to modify the skin tone so that it look more like her right cheek in the second picture.  Is it possible to do that?

The class starts this coming Saturday - meantime I think we can get some examples of different treatments of this image.  One overall recommendation is to get the saturation and contrast a little softer.  I may have time later today to give them a try.

Regarding the red color cast, if your printer is an inkjet, do a nozzle check.  If you are using third party inks or papers, I'd recommend switching to the manufacturer's materials at least until you get things sorted out.  After that, try printing a gray step wedge, and see if it prints with a color cast.  There is a procedure, and a test strip, here:

Great pictures - I can see why you would want to get them looking as good as possible.

Here's my first attempt.  Others may be able to do better.

I did an RGB adjustment of the 3 month image, and found that the shadows are too red, and the key for this image is in the greens.  I added a few hue clocks for various brightnesses, and just about all of them were a bit too red. 

I did not use pinning in this case, though that might have worked well.  Instead I adjusted the green curve until all the hue clocks showed a hue close to 12:45 on the hue clock.  There were no adjustments to the red or blue curves, or the RGB curve (which is risky in any case).

How do I sign up for the class?

I just got the printer and I've printed other pictures that haven't had this problems.  The pictures that look red (like her face in the first picture and under the hat and over her right eye and cheek in the second) screen print out red which I don't want!!

So I went to the Zoo, yesterday, and after years a could catch the Stork.
not to the letter , but figuratively!
So, that storks comes here each year, so far I remember me 20 years or longer.
Storks choose sometimes a strange place. This also.
He used a place near 500 volts or higer above the train railroad.
In the past in the wintertime, they have done several things that the stork(s)
could not bump the electric wire.
So when I go to Rotterdam on a special way  with my car, the road goes below the train-railroad.
So I see the Stork(s) each time, but could never catch them on a photo.
Now the Zoo is bigger and a amall road goes along the same highway where the strorks are.

That particular place you could see it on  Google Earth.
Below the coordinates there is the Zoo.

indeed!
Most people, that walk or drive in the surroundings , do not now about the stork.
Also not most people , wich walk very close on the path in the Zoo!
I know that the Zoo specialist give the Stork much attention, by changing in the winter-time the bottom of the nest, so that it has a firm subsurface.
