Pass 1: Lab. Darken Sky (used K mask). Pin clouds neutral and try to get sky color to 7:30 by adjusting the a curve.
Pass 2: Lab. Increase contrast of darkest vegetation with a different K mask.
Pass 3: Lab. Increase saturation
Sharpen.

Jay,
I think you are getting a handle on this...The middle sky is a bit too blue.  It almost looks purple.
See if you can tone down the adjustment to make it look believable.

The rest of the image is looking great...

Yes, I noticed that when I was working on it but I didn't know what to do about it.  I got the upper sky to 7:30 on the hue clock, but lower parts are past 8:00.  Am I forgetting a good way to fix that?

You can try adjusting the mask a bit and see if you can get the mask to effect the area you are seeing the odd color in. 

I'd have to be able to see the mask you used.

Added another pass.  HSB mode. Adjust hue curve to move the purple-blue back to sky blue.
