This one  is very difficult :P I think I begin to understand how to lighten up shadows and darken highlights by means of the lizard tail in LAB. Here,after changing to RGB, trying to get the blue out of the shadows cause the grass tops and green plants change colour. Even the sky get a reddish tint. I feel I'm only starting to scratch the surface. Thanks a lot for this, its an uphill battle but I enjoy it and am learning, mostly from reading all the other topics.

Ganna,
It looks kinda flat...but you can make a simple change to add some snap to the image...
Add a slight bump to the Blue channel in RGB near the shadow end. 
That will kill the blues in the shadows a bit. 
Then do a shadow threshold on the RGB combined curve just a tad...not too much...
