Hope you do not pull all your hair out :) I tried to find the real neutral point with the hue clock, where the values of L =50 and the a and b chanel's 0. I saved and opened in  HSB where I saturated a bit more.

Good choice for the neutral...

You can even up the saturation a whole lot in this image to make it neon looking...have some fun with it and play around...
