I put the highlight up between the buildings, the shadow on the waterline of left boat and neutral on the grey box left lower. (L)  Looking at the light reflection against the buildings looks like late afternoon or early morning, thus I would expect warm tint, therefore I added some red. I also tried the lizard tail to get more detail from the reflections. I also sharpend the image.

Very nice - this could be one of the best versions of this image yet.

I'm no expert by any means, but when I saw this version and took a look at my version, I realized I have a long way to go.  The color in the buildings, the boats, the details in the shadows, from my point of view, are just fantastic.  VERY NICE JOB!
