Tough one.  I'm not that happy with the over exposed look on the face and chest.

The background is incredible - lots of blues and new colors there.  The skin tones are not satisfactory - they are too saturated and red in the shadows.  For skin tone images, try going over every square inch of skin tone with the hue clock - alt click to create a hue clock, and then drag the sample point around.  For a nominal or "average" skin tone, make sure your skin tones stay between 12 and 1 o'clock, and that they don't vary too much.  In this case, the light skin tones are just outside the 1 o'clock limit, indicating a yellow skin tone, and the shadows are at almost 12 o'clock, which is close to pure red.  The skin tones are also very saturated, which gives Mona an overall harsh appearance. 

This kind of result is only possible in RGB mode, where the reds can be increased much more in the shadows than in the highlights.
