I used skin 1. I then duplicate a layer. On the bottom layer, I created a further curve adjustment layer. I control click on the red hair dress, then I applied a very steep red curve to the area where the red hairdress belongs to. This brings out the details of the red hairdress. I then changed the adjustment layer to luminosity mode and flatten the adjustment layer. I then convert the remaining two layers to Lab without flattening. I used blend if slider and moved the red slider to left to bring out the details of the red hairdress of the bottom layer. I then flatten the image. Attached below is the result.
