Very nice...good control of the exposure...if you get a flat spot on this image you find the shadows in the face look very odd.  she has nice rich skin tones and you brought out the colors very well...

I think she is one the minority race in China. She has nice hairdress.

Sorry for the embarrassment because English is not my native language :o. I think I should accentuate more of the texture of her face. I tried this by applying a S curve, but it turned out to be too dark on her face. May be you could enlighten me on this issue ::)

You could apply the S curve and then close the image. 
Re-open it and open up the areas by adjusting the Lightness curve only.

The picture is of a Hill Tribe woman in Thailand, near the border with Burma.
