I am having problems posting since it says previously posted if I first have a file attached that is to large.

Is this any better than the first post of the moth? I don't think so? This is the best that I can get in Levels and RGB. What way can I get a better result? Thanks

Gary,

Try this one in LAB...

1) Set a highlight point on the head of the moth and then move it around a bit to check to see if it is the brightest highlight....

2) Set a neutral on one of the wing spots...

3) use the shadow threshold to darken the shadows keeping full detail.

4) use the saturation slider to really push the color and see if you can scare the other bugs....

I hope you are not getting too frustrated...we really do want you to get this..
Personally I think CM is one of the most important tools you could add to your PS toolbox....

I use it on almost every image... LOL....
Mike feeds me new copies of the software for Beta testing...
