In addition to the blue cast in the shadows, the eagle had a bit too much green for my taste. I adjusted all of the curves to my liking.

I still don't "get" the color clock. After looking at the options as Greg suggested, I didn't see one to correct the readings that it is giving. I am not particular about whether the values are presented in percentages or absolute numbers, but the relative levels should correspond to what I see and/or measure by the numbers in Photoshop (or other apps). They appear to be reading some relative levels inversely.

Neil,

To me the hue clocks are more like a compass than a GPS.  For instance in your image the feathers are Green see shot 1.

In the second example I made some quick and dirty adjustments to make them more yellow/red there certainly is more to be done but I wanted to give you an exaqmple that might make more sense.  See shot2
