Don't be too confused..
From your image....open in LAB...

Set a neutral as shown and try to make the rest of the adjustments you see on the L curve.  Bump the saturation...

My confusion is still in the reading of the clock. Comparing your example to mine, I think yours is more green than I'd like, especially in the sky. There are ways to brighten it up without adding the greenish hue, but I wasn't concerned with the brightness of these images.

indeed the side by side makes the sky in mine look more green...I was more interested in the neutral you set...
