This is at Arlington National Cemetery in the Washington, DC area.  The original needed a boost in contrast and there was an overall blue caste that needed to be removed.  The headstones were nearly white, so I used those as my neutral point.

Definitely an improvement. Most of the stones still have a slight cyan cast to them, so perhaps another pass in Lab with a neutral.  Often I like to give greens a boost by making the a channel, which controls green, an increase in steepness.

I reset the head stones as neutral (thought I did that the first time!) & boosted the green as you suggested.  I like the result.
