The last image is the best. I was not concerned with the dark feathers and concentrated soly on the head and neck areas.
I tried several curve shapes but what I gained in one area gave unacceptable losses in others.
I found the area below the beak and eye to be troublesome. The more I gained in the beak and eye the more I lost in these areas.
So I finally settled for the curve here.
I bunged up the saturation and the result is here.
Sharpening should improve this image. It's a pity that sharpening the L channel is not provided in Curvemaster.

Roo I am so sorry that I missed this...

The image looks very nice...are there still some blues in the lower front feathers??  It looks that way on my monitor.
If you don't see them on yours it is no big deal.
