Hello again
Adjusting this image, without ND points is challanging in RGB and HSB.
The white and black point settings are difficult to set with any accuracy.
However the differances that I observed were:
RGB and Lab were very close and HSB was oversaturated.
I did not feel the need to increase the saturation in Lab mode. As doing so tended to lose some of the detail.
Once again I chose Lab, not because the RGB was inferior, but because there is always the possibility of easily adjusting the saturation further if required.

Great job...
It looks very close if not better than the original...

The trick with this image is to not get fooled by the blacks.  Black is a very interesting problem, most see it as the darkest point in the image.  I see it as a "grey" from my film based training 20 years ago we had to shoot low key images where a grey tone was the brightest highlight.  It made black a very dynamic tone to work with, there are many values that look black but are not the darkest tone in the image.
