I went with RGB on these. The color seemed just a bit brighter than the Lab version (after I discovered the saturation slider). The highlight and shadow points are very convenient. I thought the shadow point made the image a little dark and some of the detail was lost in the flowers on the left side of the doorway.

Looks good...RGB tends to give this image a more candy colored look...

I'm just curious as to where you placed the shadow point?

The shadow point was in one of those oval windows as suggested in the class instructions.

Yeah, I agree about the candy-colored look, but its not too bad for an image like this, IMHO.

Try moving the shadow to the dark spot on the Left...If you threshold it it is actually darker than the ovals...

It just makes for a different image..you guys are getting this fast so I get to add more options than we usually give...
