Hi Joe, I got a blue sky by using a Green mask (so as not to change the lake) and these curves
;Lightness: (0,0) (95,78) (100,90)
;a: (-128,-128) (-11,2) (127,127)
;b: (-128,-128) (2,-51) (127,127)
which basically darken & changed the colour of just the sky - once the mask was set (cant tell you those setting unfortunately).
I was puzzled how to do this last year and the way I cheated was to find a photo with the sky colour I wanted - noted down the channel values and then curved the image I was changing to those colours! I then used a BlendIF to isolate the curve from the rest of the image. I still cant make up my mind whether to BlendIF or Mask, I'll have to do some experiments.
