I was at a show recently and a vendor was using a Wacom tablet. Based on what I saw I thought I had to have one. Convinced the wife it was a good birthday present (for me). So I have the Intuos 3. I have been using it for a few months now and not convinced its the way to go. I find it difficult to make small moves, when using the click button the pen moves off the desired placement, if you sweep the pen over the surface too close to get to the keyboard you may set off other functions, the pens clicks and functions are different from the mouse etc. I'm finding that if I keep the mouse and its pad clean I tend to reach for it rather than the tablet. Of course when the wife is nearby I use it and tell her how great it is!

Anyway the purpose of this post was to see what opinions other users might have.
Thanks Joe S

the Wacom goes smooth and has no problem.
It is developed to intergrate with photshop or elements.
It is also pressure sensitive like a ordinairy pencel or pen.
when you have artistic talent you can do much with it. I haven't.
to do other things with it , i prefer the mouse and keyboard.
sometime the shortcuts, if it is easier.
