Not much luck with this one - K mask stayed white, so I had to restart.
Moving the Ctrl-Click points works half the time, but I have no idea why it doesnt work all the time.
Also can not get the Masks to become a pallet - basically there is no top bar to grab and nothing seems to move them (I'm W2k)

I'd like to fix these problems. Are you working on a second layer?
