I tried to lighten up the back of the store without loosing too much contrast in the front. Firstly, I added fill in light (8) in PS before going to CM and mask and saturation

Definitely brought out a lot of detail in the back of the store.  The lighting is probably fluorescent, so there is a greenish cast.  There are now at least two things we've covered that you could use to fix this problem - mask the darker areas and remove the green, or move the black end of the G curve horizontally.  Or combine both of them.

Look less like people from Mars. I Tried to ungreen them a bit.

You did kill off the Martian look but you also muted the colors a bit...is there a compromise??  possibly not but it might be worth a look see.

This is overdoing masking and ending with artificial colours, but definately not a member of the green group anymore
