The RGB image seems more natural.The Lab one with a saturation bump is vivid with a bit of yellow in the mud and tree but the yellow between the tiger's ears make the picture.GregM

Contrast from s curve makes tiger pop but ruins shadow detail.Needs work.GregM

The lab version certainly does have a interesting feel.  Do you think you can get rid of the yellow cast in the foreground??  just asking..it looks fine for what Mike is asking for...

I'll try.But first ,I added some detail to the tree shadow,then I wanted to dim the red berries.I discovered the spot also controlled the tiger's color so I said "Oh what the Hell!" and started sliding the spot around in the magenta quadrant.GregM
