I would continue to use your spyder profile. Be careful about using the standalone hue clock for color measurements. It is based on screen numbers, and may not be an accurate reflection of what you are seeing.
Within curvemeister, the hue clock is based on Photoshop's internal numbers, and the monitor profile does not come in to play.

a nice prgr to investigate color profiles is this:

You must first install microsofts Netframework 1.1
