pictue is made very late  in noon.
So the sunlight is not really white.
It is in my opinion not a good idea to set a neutral or whitepoint on the small white written note.
twenty years ago (perhaps more) i had a colorimeter. On such sunny days I measured about 5500 till 5600 gr Kelvin maximum.
So a neutral or whitepoint gives it a unnatural look.

Did you play with the colors at all in htis Fritz?  or just the K channel??

yes i did, but reversed to default.
I discovered a small bug i think.
go to the cyaan and do a threshold.
you see the word threshold i ncyaan. is that right ?
