Hi,
I'm having a spot of trouble with cymk - CM doesnt seem to want to give me a hue reading at all!
What am I doing something wrong?

Zog...You Broke it...
Honestly I am not sure what is going on...is it repeatable?
Mine displays exactly as expected...
Try closeing the program and re-opening it...Are you working on a layer?? I am uncertain where to go next...Mike??

Nope - rebooted etc, but no change.
I always change images on a new layer, so I can compare/change/delete it afterwards
Over to you Mike - as it is repeatable

I seem to remember fixing this bug for v3.0.5. If you went back to the earlier version to get your pins back, that would explain it.

No Mike, I just installed the lastest beta (after uninstalling the release) and then did the registry change.
I also have CM 2 demo installed.
Any suggestions?

I'm scratching my head over this one so far. I'll try recreating it later.

Got it to work, I first started CM2 (it worked) and then it worked in CM3
But the next time it failed!
I now know why - it only works on a background image, not a layer!
Does that make any sense Mike?

This is probably a clue. There are some cases where layers are not displayed correctly, but the color sample values should always come from the active layer.
