A hard one .I tried to render thephoto the best I could and show the texture of the plastic overlay over everything.GregM
Greg you posted a CMYK curve for this image. Did you try it in Lab? you'll find it much easier to make the colors pop.
The saturation slider in the bottom of the Lab window is the best tool for the job...
The only change I see is in the Cyan curve that fixes some of the color.
