Good detail in the faces!  The image could use a swing away from blue-cyan.  Probably in Lab.  As Greg says, keep the medallions neutral, and I would add that the skin tones will tend to go orange as you do this, so you may need to do this as two passes, one in Lab and the other in RGB.

This is already a good result for a very difficult image, by the way.
