Sun Moon Lake with feeling

I found this one difficult. Here are two samples, an RGB and LAB and I am not really happy with either. The RGB has an unnatural shy. LAB was easier, mainly because of the slider. Moving the three separate curves in RGB makes it difficult to get the colours correct.

I like your results - the overall result is to increase the sense of "atmosphere" by bumping the range to cover black to white, and get more feeling for the mist by increasing the contrast between the various layers of hills and mountains.
