Here's another iteration.  I tried to bring up some detail in the darkest areas - the deeply shaded part of the bluff on the right, and the green needles in the tree.

To Mike's point, is the sky too cyan?

Russ,
overall on my monitor it looks about 10 cyan...so yes I'd say it is too cyan...

So I need to kick in some Red to balance it out, right?  I'll give it a try.

Another way might be to set a neutral on one of the rocks.  The water foam is a bad choice for this image.  See if you can find a neutral by "thresholding"
