I was able to drain a little blue from the shirts.Update.I resubmitted this image with shadow and highlight points added.

Greg,
from your image... if you think in "Color Opposites" for a moment you can balance the shirts without making too much of a mess out of the sky.

I might take another pass at this in LAB but you can decide.

Nice,those are the colors I wanted to see in the seagrass and the child's face.The woman's blouse loses the cast also.

Remember you can do a by the numbers correction for just the mid tones and see where you end up...
I think If I went after this further I'd go after the highlights...

I've redone the image to pretty much remove the blue cast. But I had to cheat to do it. I created a mask in Photoshop to cover the sky, the used Curvemeister to remove the cast from the rest of the picture. How would I have accomplished the same thing just using Curvemeister--remembering that I'm a novice at this complex program. :-)

You can create a Mask using CM we'll be doing this later in the class...

Cheated??  naaa...You used the tools that you know to fix a troubled image.  That is the goal...
