I used LAB to work on this image. See the screenshot.
I really like the actual photo with this lovely mood. My version is nearly black and white, but I tried to enhance the colour to show the green island and the red fishing net. I think all I managed to achieve was to give the clouds a reddish sheen.
This picture looked deceptively easy to do, which it was not at all.

You can zoom into the image until you can see the net on the screen.  Then mark the spot on the curve where it is and make your adjustment there...

Overall you have done a nice job.
