After performing adjustments in CM LAB mode, as we have learned, I had to try some further adjustments in PSE. Not so easy as I do not believe photo quality is too high. Selected heaven and applied a blue gradient. After that I slightly colorized sea. And in the end some unsharp mask as learned. Hope you apologize these corrections.

Oh sorry. Forgot to mention that, clone stamp. Thought it was a Russian Rocket and not quite in line with the rest.

Here is my version. Lab color for color. RGB to set Shadow Highlight and Neutral manually. Kinda easier for me to to it in RGB than in Lab. Masked the sky using color range. Used dark blue for sky.

Very nice. So much better than my effort. How did you manage the gradient in the sky?? Simply with a pin and existing sky? Masking in CM, did not quite understand.

After seeing tgusevas colours I had to do a second try. But no chance to match her brick colour.Tried to make all adjustments with CM but the mask and gradient was applied in PSE. No idea on how to do that in CM? At least I kept Gregs "Rocket".

I fixed colors by setting Shadow Highlight and Neutral in RGB. I used Dust and Scratches on Red and Blue channel to kill noise and small detail then Unsharp mask. Dark blue for sky, seems like it is winter. The building reminds of Russia. St. Peterburg for instance, but I think there is a piece of USA flag on right side.
