First pass Rgb.Second,slight lift in Brightness,HSB
The most change is to the blue in the grafitti,the milk cartons , the yellow carand the sidewalk.

something seems missing Greg..I'm not sure what I want you to do. Are you satisfied with the results??

I added an image to the panel above.I tried some different things which seemed significant as overlays on my monitor but dont come through in the small image file.A bit more orange in the graffiti,change to the yellow sign and car.
