I made a right pig's ear out of this one, the computer crashed twice and I couldn't set the concrete as a neutral at all!

The advanced method in the pfd seemed to work much better on this type of skin tone however.  I am happy with the slightly yellow hue to the concrete after skin correction.  I tried to adapt the mask, but preferred the image posted.

The skin tone looks good and there is room for it to be warmer...try splitting the difference on the yellow by doing a by the numbers correction to the shadows and mid-tones and see if it gets better.  You will warm the skin a bit but the overall color cast will diminish.

Thanks for the above tip - the perfect challenge.

As it happened, I didn't save the original, so I started over and found it much easier today.
