Passes:
1. Lab, to set shadow threshold
2. RGB, to reduce casts in shadows (see screen shot)
3. Lab, to increase contrast and boost saturation.

This is very similar to the berkly drummers problem in that the shadows are still blue. I also see that you have clipped the highlight detail on the spires.
some suggestions...
Try a Little dog leg adjustment on the B channel.
Step 1 is to pin the curve so you can adjust only 1 color in LAB. See shot 2 Right click on the center of the B grid and select as shown.
Step 2 is to find the blue in the shadows and note on the curve where they are. You can chose right click and "mark" if you like it certainly cannot hurt you. Shot3
Step 3 is to flatten out the curve in the area where the blue of the shadows is located. Shot 4
Take care in that you do not kill off all the blue in the image. It helps to expand the window by dragging the center bar to the left to make the curve grid very large.
