Jay,

You have kept the hue clocks in line pretty well good Job.  Try adjusting the highlight using the L channel.  move the lightness corner to make the detail in the brightest parts of the image come back.

Take #2, which is Take #1 now with a second pass in Lab to tweak the Lightness curve as recommended.
