The flower vendor image is one of the tougher ones in the class because we bring almost everything into it...the only thing missing is masking and if you wanted to you could probably use some in there...
Your image has a moderate blue cast and then when you get rid of that you see a red cast as well. You should shop around for the neutral in the stone try to make the skin tones look better. Then go on to tackle the shadows...
I have attached the ACV file I ended from your image as a starting point...Take a look and see if you can make similar changes to your image...
