I used shadow/hightlight in PSE to recover some detail in the cobblestones.Lab to cut back the blue of the stones and a final pass in Lab to take some red from the skintone of the woman tourist.
I srnt this image to a friend  and it came thru hideously blue.The tip of the white spire should be white,not silvery blue and the stones should be neutral to very short blue region pointers.

I'd have to say that a nudge to the blues in the shadows is in order....interesting that the web image does not show the blues as badly...

The highlights looked fine...
