Wasn't too sure where to go with this one, so I kept it simple.  Just used neutrals correction on sidewalk, then set highlight and shadows.  Then added a midrange boost in LAB lighten to bring up the midtones.

Nicely done...
If you want to open the shadows a bit, it does help the image, but you have handled it quite well. The skin tones look good, the bright highlights have information in them.  the tonality is very nice...you handled the color cast well.

One other area that some have gone after is the yellow sign.  It is usually something people do to see if they can make it pop without messing up the rest of the image...

the neutrals look good but the skin tones are not where they should be....this is also leaving the greens a bit "flat" see if you can get the skin tones into line and maybe that will help the greens just a bit...

The shadows are in good shape as well you can see reflection detail in the window...
