St Vitus Spire

This board is for the December 2009 Curvemeister 101 class.

I used RGB to get the blue in the sky and the green in the copper,then an s curve in Lab for some detail to the left panel of the spire.GregM

Greg,

Kinda heavy in the shadows...were you going for a different feel?

I found the shadow detail  and surface grit on the copper sheets were closely linked.I might try another pass to separate them.GregM
Above I posted the picture minus the contrast curve but a curve in the k channel of CMY and a saturation boost.GregM
