Duck Lesson 1 week 1

Hi Greg,
here is my duck. I first used the wizard to get the basics right and then returned to CM and using a hue clock changed it a bit to red as I found the overall look too green.

Hey Kessi...
You are correct on the Green cast but not far enough in your correction.

See the attached Shot.  The shadows are far worse off than the highlights but you can tweak it a bit.  If you use the wizard you might have to move the neutral around a bit to get the desired tone in the image.

I also bumped the master curve in RGB to get some details back in the chest feathers...

Greg,
your duck looks good. I am still using the wizard too much as a crutch and always feel a bit lost when venturing out without it.

My changes are small and occur at the ends of the curves..
Give it a try and see if you can adjust just the shadow ends of the curves to make the color better.
