Well, you probably know that by now that I can't spend just a few minutes on something if I can't make it work.  I was clueless about turning the car yellow.  I read Julie's post and was able to duplicate her steps and also looked at the solution.  However, I was most interested in Art's blue version.  I tried doing that using only the copy mask technique I've learned so far.  It was semi successful--but the car was not totally blue using only that technique.  He must have gone back and applied the mask after he learned the technique in week 5.  I'll do that too next week.

Might not be able to work this weekend on CM--two more sunny and warm days before a cold wave.

The car trick is just a fun toy that helps you understand the "power" of understanding other color spaces.  The real answer is found in HSB not LAB.  Try the car problem in that space and see if you have better luck...
