Really not too bad...
This is a really tough image and you are forced to make a lot of compromise...One thing that always helps with this is choosing sample points that are far enough apart in brightness in RGB so that you can adjust without your work overlapping.  Some of the adjustments cross over each other and sometimes compete for the same space on the curve.

another attempt.  I would now fix contrast/ lightness, but the exercise is to see color correction.  It actually helped to finish the last exercise before reattempting this.  The grays are better, but the color clock on the flesh moved to the 1 o'clock.

It is looking much better...

I can see that you are having a fairly good time with this tough image...
Take your image as posted and apply the ACV file I have attached...I don't know if it is better (I think so but it's subjective) but it does make it look less green...

er, no, It did not work.

On your screenshot saved to my computer the man's neck was 91,82,51  .  You said you had 91 in R.  So I think I got that right.

I then loaded to original photo.  added the curve from history.  add your curve.  Should be the same??

I had 82,81,46 same spot before curves.

I loaded a curve from history and

76, 76, 31

I opened a new layer.  Loaded your curve and

71,71, 18

I seem to going in the wrong direction.

Load your image as posted from the web...That is where I started...make no corrections.

Then load my ACV file.
