Richard Week 6 Ex 4: Taroko Gorge

Not an easy picture to correct. I put a L mask on the rocks at the bottom to try to remove a slight yellow cast that I had introduced.

Richard,
Try to do this the same way as the bridge.   
Get a reasonable correction in RGB then go back in LAB and expand the colors. 
If you set the hue clock somewhere to monitor your progress you will be able to keep the image corrected.  You definitely added a yellow cast here...

First, I placed 3 neutrals in RGB and saved the image. Then I re-opened in LAB and tried not to introduce a color cast while improving the colors. I think that it is better than my first try.

it is more in control definitely...See if you can add to the yellows without adding a cast...remember that grass and leaves are closer to yellow than they are to green.

There is also a lot of color detail lost in the stones.
