I set a neutral and a shadow, and despite the instructions, I set a highlight on the shirt collar. But why does the other shirt collar have a yellow/greenish cast to it? I also modified the B channel to try to improve the skin tone.

Overall the color looks great...I'd watch the shin the brightness is pretty high for a skin tone...it is possible but you might want to bring that back down a bit...
